Robert Hanna
Robert is a leading figure in the UK legal services industry and heads Augusta’s strategic relationships with law firms. He serves as a board member of professional body on the Managing Partner’s Forum and on the pro bono committee of industry association the Commercial Litigators Forum. Robert is a regular author, commentator and panellist at industry events, haven recently spoken alongside Lord Chancellor Robert Buckland, senior commercial judges Lady Justice Carr and Sir Robin Knowles and politicians such as Sir Vince Cable.

Mr. Mark de la Haye
Mark is an Investment Manager in the Monitoring Team at Augusta. He is ranked as a Thought Leader in ‘Who’s Who Legal Third-Party Funding 2020’. Prior to joining Augusta, Mark spent over 15 years working as a commercial litigator at City law firms Clyde & Co and Ince & Co. During his time in private practice, Mark gained extensive experience of high-value, complex and often multi-jurisdictional arbitration and litigation, with an emphasis on offshore energy (oil & gas and offshore wind) and shipping disputes. He was also a BIMCO drafting committee member; he lectured on offshore energy related issues at home and abroad; and he has had legal articles published in a wide range of trade publications.

Mr. Andrew O'Connor
Andrew is an Investment Manager in the Origination Team specialising in the infrastructure and energy sector. He is responsible for identifying claims and developing structured funding solutions for all types of disputes, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation. Andrew’s focus on infrastructure and energy disputes enables Augusta to address the specific risks and commercial challenges faced by businesses operating in these sectors. Prior to joining Augusta, Andrew worked in private practice at Ashurst and at leading Australian domestic firm, Henry Davis York. During this time, Andrew worked on various large-scale infrastructure and construction disputes, including multi-billion dollar mining and telecommunication developments.
