Costa Concordia F.A.Q.

Start date: 16th May 2019, 19:00
Venue: ACM, Monaco
Speaker: Mr. Pietro Palandri - Managing Partner, Studio Legale Mordiglia

Topic description:

Everybody in our industry has heard of the COSTA CONCORDIA casualty. Maritime Lawyers, marine insurers, brokers and operators have made questions to themselves about many aspects of the case. With my presentation, as legal counsel of P&I insurers and Owners of the vessel, I will address, from a legal perspective, those questions which have been more frequently asked to me or however I think can be of interest. Other questions will certainly come from the audience and I will be happy to deal with them.
